This is my rant. I'm ranting because people are not happy. And this makes me upset.

You know, life is what you make of it. The reason I'm such a happy person isn't because my life is flowers and puppies.

Because it's not.

Sometimes when something bugs you you have to change it. Or sometimes when you can't have to change the way you look at it. Or sometimes you have to change you. And sometimes you can't do a thing about it at all. But does that mean you should spend every goddamn minute of your life worrying about it? NO. If you can't do something about something there's no use worrying about it so often.

Yeah sure you all think I'm a hypocrite now but most issues don't grow off of your chest and constantly make their presence known to you. And I'm still a happy person most of the time despite that, so there.

Focus on happy things. And treat yourself to small things, and -enjoy- them. Buy yourself a candy bar when you go past the convenience store. Or stop to look at the flowers. Or spend ten minutes squeeing over that new pencil set. And then -draw- the flowers or something. Then hell, give the picture to someone. People like when you give them pictures of flowers right? Or you can keep it to yourself and show it off. That works too.

My point is, stop waiting for something big and awesome to happen and just do little things that make you happy. (like dancing around your room or eating a yummy sandwich) And then when the big awesome things happen, it's big and awesome. But you can't spend the rest of your time waiting for it, life is too short for that.

Maybe thinking like this makes me like a child. But maybe children get it right. And maybe it's 'growing up' that screws you over.

Oh, also, YOU are the most important person to YOU. Or rather, you should be. You know why? Because YOU have to live with YOU 100% of the time. So the first order of business is to love and accept yourself. Don't bother worrying about what labels you fit under, or don't fit under, or how well you know yourself, or what other people think of you, labels are for soup cans, and whatever you don't understand about yourself will come to you in time. And plus, if anyone has a problem with who YOU are, it's their problem. You should love yourself anyway.

Sorry if I sound like I'm bragging. I don't mean to. D= Also, this isn't really directed at anyone, only, it's directed at everyone. Just nobody in particular. |D

Okay, I command you all to go do something you enjoy. Hell, dance around the room or something. Nobody cares that you dance like an idiot. (Unless you actually, you know, dance well. Which is entirely possible too. But if you're dancing around the room you'll probably look like an idiot anyway. XD Well, maybe some people do care, but screw them. YOU'RE FUCKING DANCING.
